Tracking my sleep has improved my life and with Christmas round the corner, we thought we’d a quick run down of the best sleep trackers available so you can tell Santa what you want.
But with a variety of sleep trackers available, choosing the right one can be tricky.
In this blog, we'll compare four popular options: Oura Ring, Fitbit, Apple Watch, and WHOOP 4.0.

Whoop
Pros:
Tailored for athletes, focusing on recovery and strain.

Comfortable for continuous wear with long battery life.
Cons:
Operates on a subscription model, which can add up.
Lacks a display; relies on smartphone for data.
Best suited for fitness enthusiasts and athletes.
Apple Watch
Pros:

Premium build quality and display.
Seamlessly integrates with other Apple products.
Extends beyond sleep tracking with various smartwatch capabilities.
Cons:

I thought most of the people uses the Garmin as well to track sleep. I do with Garmin. why didn't you include Garmin ? any specific reason ?
