Introducing "Compound"
And how a great week of sleep helped me realise I'm doing too much
Last week I had 5 nights of 9hrs sleep and my brain feels great.
My mind has slowed down and I can think clearly, which has helped me realise I’ve let too much get on my plate.
So I’m going to halt this newsletter for a while, but found one that’s even better called COMPOUND - which is Australia's best digital clinic for preventative health and performance.
I write about sleep to help people prioritise it, so they feel great and have more energy.
But Compound does a much better job than I’d ever could, and I love their philosophy of balancing performance and longevity.
And I couldn’t encourage you to subscribe more.
I’m not sure what’s next for Sleepstack, but felt I need to put it on hold for a while until I get a few things sorted.
