What to Expect:
My mental and physical health is almost entirely dependent on the quality of my sleep, and I’m sleeping better than ever after 5 years of tracking it.
But I want to sleep even better, and heard a lot of people want to do so too.
That's why I've started this community newsletter — to share tips and research about what it takes to get great sleep.
But more importantly, a space was needed where readers can share what’s working for them, and keep ourselves and each other accountably via our weekly Sleep Leaderboard.

Wow 6 horus back in 2019 would have killed me! I think I sleep pretty well (even with a 2 yearold) but I may just have to get an Oura ring and join in the fun
Intriguing - how do you find sleep tracking interacts with anxiety around sleep? I’ve always avoided tracking since the more ‘importance’ I give to sleep in my head, the more I lay awake stressing about how I’m not getting enough of such an important thing. Curious to know how others manage this!
