Wow 6 horus back in 2019 would have killed me! I think I sleep pretty well (even with a 2 yearold) but I may just have to get an Oura ring and join in the fun

Intriguing - how do you find sleep tracking interacts with anxiety around sleep? I’ve always avoided tracking since the more ‘importance’ I give to sleep in my head, the more I lay awake stressing about how I’m not getting enough of such an important thing. Curious to know how others manage this!

Great question Courtney and I went thru a phase where I become obsessed with my stats, which stressed me out and impacted my sleep if they weren't great. But I think it's just a phase everyone goes thru, and once I accepted that stressing about them doesn't help, I learned to let go and relax. Easier said than done, but I'm glad I preserved and didn't stop tracking. What do you think? @Sam Wilson I think has experienced the same thing.

PS: Thought about your mask post the other day. A partner at my work committed suicide the other week, but everyone thought he was happy. Guess he had his mask firmly on at all times.
